Kerstan purchased a part from Henry & Ron at RCS Diesel (A Parts Connection regular advertiser) Kerstan saved over $900.00 buying from RCS Diesel. I just had to write and say “Thank you”.

I was placed in charge of getting the word out on some parts that we were liquidating. I was given several options for advertising. On the surface this seemed to be a simple task but after having some companies fax me generic price rates (very high ones at that), and trying one (partially because he actually called back), I felt we were getting no where.

But, in the midst of all this I was fortunate enough to call your company and speak with Maureen Anderson, who not only handled our business with a professional attitude by completely designing our ad, and placing us into your monthly publication, but also the weekly and internet services as well. And she did all this for quite literally half of the price of the competition with a much larger ad! And perhaps best of all was the personal touch, her willingness to go the extra mile and her positive and friendly attitude! I wish everyone I dealt with on a day to day basis was as nice. 

Of course it is important to note we received several calls from your ads, and none from the competitors.
